Initial D: The race begins between Takumi in the Eight-Six and Nazakato in the Three-Two. Ryosuke and Keisuke tail behind and watch as they turn the various corners. Nazakato is still ahead but is amazed when the Eight-Six starts showing up in his rear-view mirror. Even though he has gotten speed over the straightaways, he can't shake Takumi's car.
